Dunbar Pauls Valley, Oklahoma 73075 Public Health will be administering Johnson & Johnson COVID19 vaccine on Friday, 19 March 2021 from 1:00-3:30 pm at the Bethlehem Baptist Church, 311 Dunbar Street, Pauls Valley. This will be a dedicated vaccine clinic therefore you will not have to compete with the general public to obtain an appointment. Johnson & Johnson vaccine is one dose only, so you will not need to book a second appointment. To reserve your vaccine shot you must be 18 years or older and follow the below listed steps. Steps to reserve your COVID19 Vaccine: Call 580-768-6100 between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm. You must call by 4:30pm on Thursday, 18 March 2021 in order to guarantee there is a shot reserved for you on Friday, 19 March 2021. When you call 580-768-6100 – it is important that you tell the representative that you are calling to schedule an appointment for the Bethlehem Baptist Church on Friday, 19 March 2021. The representative will book your appointment while you are on the phone and tell you the appointment time. If you do not book an appointment, Public Health cannot guarantee they will have a vaccine shot for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, you would call 580-768-6100 between 8:30am – 4:30pm. Please do not give your appointment time to someone else.
